Very floral, a little sweet, then finishes soft and a little bitter.

La Roja by Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales

Pretty sour considering what I heard. Cherries, raspberries, strawberry and sharp lacto, I love this label. Less dry than last JP I had.

Not a lot of fruit, but a great belgian dubbel. Cake, plums and brown sugar.

IPA by Southern Tier Brewing Company

Steve Hood is drinking an IPA by Southern Tier Brewing Company at The Long Hall Of The Four Brothers

Aroma of mango, but the flavour of toasty malt and pine. A solid IPA like I have come to expect from Southern Tier.

Very well balanced IPA, bright citrus notes, malt compliments hop perfectly for a very crisp drinkable beer.

Orange, pine, light toast, crisp, and refreshing. It's summer, right?

Curmudgeon Old Ale by Founders Brewing Co.

Dried fruit, raisins, cherries, dates, smooth vanilla, and sweet brown sugar. This is amazing. The best Old Ale I have ever had.

Just what I needed after work. Big fruity, hoppy flavour that I love. Thank you, @NewBelgium.

Rhubarb: A Tribute by Crooked Cat Brewing Company

Steve Hood is drinking a Rhubarb: A Tribute by Crooked Cat Brewing Company at The Long Hall Of The Four Brothers

With age the tannic flavour has subsided, but the rhubarb tartness is as prevalent as ever. This is is one of the best beers I have made.

Stumptown Tart (2011) by BridgePort Brewing Co.

Steve Hood is drinking a Stumptown Tart (2011) by BridgePort Brewing Co. at The Long Hall Of The Four Brothers

Fruity, but not strawberry really. Slightly tart, medicinal, probably past its prime, but it was $1.49 @RoyalLiquorBeer. I win!

Stumptown Tart Earned the Stumptown Tart badge!
