Obviously I don’t have a beer cellar, so this hasn’t been kept in ideal conditions; it’s BBE date was 14/4/19. It’s sourness has softened but the cherry flavour is still very much there. Still dry & slightly woody.Earned the Silence of the Lambics (Level 11) badge!
Ugh...when will this obsession with bloody Sabro hops come to an end? Is there anyone out there that really likes them? This tastes of lime & mint, 2 flavours which really don’t go well together at all. Quite unpleasant.

Sins & Virtues night. Virtues here is a fruit cocktail of a beer, with apricot, mango, passion fruit, peach, pineapple, pink guava, papaya & strawberry. Not hugely keen...more fruit than beer. Um Bongo?

Cloudwater is definitely one of the better TIPA brewers & this is a decent one. Boozy finish, but also smooth, fruity creamy & very fragrant. Scarily chuggable.

Hmm...not sure quite what all the fuss is about with this one. It’s a decent sour, tart with big ripe berry flavours with a smooth creamy body due to the lactose. No sign of any almonds; therefore no Bakewell.

Goatee Beard Of Doom is drinking a Patrons Project 26.01 // Sarah Harris // Culinary Adventures: Edinburgh // Pilot Beer // Deep-Fried Caramel Chocolate Bar Stout by Northern Monk at The House of Doom
Deep-fried Mars bar beer. I’ve not had the “pleasure” of the infamous north-of-the-border delicacy but this is sweet, creamy & chocolatey, so this’ll do.
