Never been a fan I always say when beer was rubbish Bass was the first decent Ale that you could rely on. But beer moved on and Bass didnt. But Mel @ The Crown, Rugeley has got this crystal clear, refreshing and really excellent

You could easily convince a beardy, check-shirt wearing hipster that this was a full alcohol craft beer Doesn’t mean i liked it Its very hoppy, like small batch brews tend to be - as if it is a competition to make the hoppiest beer. Well i am not a fan

Well i poured it and it looked dreadful so i dug the bottle out of the bin and read the label : it’s supposed to be cloudy - the sediment in the bottle is part of the drink! Lol!! Taste is excellent! Just close your eyes and you’ll be rite

Oh, hello - well this is nice. Full of malty flavours and no nasty aftertastes like a good Belgian Beer should be. Very tasty. Very drinkable. Wouldn’t know it’s 6.5%

Smells very sweet which follows it throughout the whole drink. Smooth to drink with good flavours that are hard to pick apart. The sweetness covers the 7% ‘ness which is a good thing. Ok but wouldn’t seek it out again

28.2g Carbs per 330ml can is not good but the beer is! Lighter than it looks in my picture but has all the taste of a darker Belgian beer. Really good flavours - VERY similar to Leffe 5/5 would recommend

17.8g Carbs in a 330ml can is high. Smells and looks like the real thing and feels like the real thing in your mouth. Tastes like a watered down version of stout but not inpleasant
