Something is not right has the Bridge Tavern gone all Pete Tong. Avalanche has given me much pleasure over the years (not just beer related) however tonight it’s just another blonde beer with that annoying twang. Also the food has take a dive.

Last time in the Toon I had this and it was a rich intense marmalade citrus experience today it’s decidedly bodiless slightly sour one. I could say it’s on the turn but that maybe a bit strong. Brewers / pubs need to be consistent with quality.

A real mix of flavours, first taste resembled a stout with crisp fruit, great flavour notes and would recommend to anyone
