Mango, peach and a touch of pine on the nose. Incredibly smooth, soft and light, like peach and mango buoyed on voluminous clouds. Stunning beer.

Pine and lemon balm over a zesty herbal base on the nose. Incredibly dry and piney, lots of lemony zestiness, dry pineapple crisps and more lemon balm. So smooth and dry in the finish with that dry pineapple coming through strong.

Others seem to dig this but I wasn't quite sold, the booze overpowers everything else. Very strong. Can definately taste the barrel on it but all a bit too much for me. Great venue this is in x2 arches under the railway in the Essex hinterlands.
