Well this is something completely different! Very dry with white wine hints throughout, also sour overtones. As I always say, experimentation should never be discouraged, and this is a quite distinct result.

Very easy drinking. Citrus at the front, enhanced by a full-ish body, moderate carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Pine takes over from there on, another good one from Glasshouse.

It’s got everything a DIPA should have, big and bold, but hiding its strength. A lingering soft juicy finish remains until your ready for another sup. Some bitter citrus rind hints in there. Delicious.

Mildly juicy, but mostly the dominating profile is dank. Nelson hops add some white wine notes. An attempt to do something different should never be discouraged. Edit: Nudging score to 4.0 - my initial taste was disrupted by the preceding porter!

Wow, what a great beer! Creamy foam head I thought a bit strange for style, but it doesn’t hang around. Carbonation and mouthfeel are perfect. Molasses prominent, and some bitterness to the finish. Fantastic.
