なんとも言えないので再チャレンジ。初めはゴーゼのような酸味だか、徐々に重ためな甘味。最後には甘味はなくなり柑橘系のピールのような苦味と酸味が織り交じる複雑な味わい。Brett IPA恐るべし。

Flanders style beerってのは乳酸で発酵させてバレルエイジドしたベルギーのビールらしい。酸味が強いがオーク樽？熟成特有の香りととても合う。ワインのタンニンみたいな味わいもする。中々面白かった。美味い。
