One of the more intense sours you can get. Gets really quite sharp but mellows in the finish and leaves the pallette remarkably clean. The fruit comes through more in the aftermath of the peak of the sour. Fruity apricot and peach imbued in the malt

A proper Berliner Weisse which packs more punch that its ABV suggests. A lovely, juicy, raspberry tartness which has the hint of sweetness, all set upon a firm wheat beer base. Doesn’t fade off like some other weaker beers, if anything the finish grows
