Genuinely interesting drop. Billed as something of a cross between a Mexican and Japanese lager, it really has characteristics of both. It’s ricey and clean, but there’s some of that subtle citrusy Mexican lager notes. Zippy and light, refreshing and dry.

Mountain of cherries, but surprisingly not hugely tart. Sweet and hoppy.

Smooth and sweet. Fairly thick body, with some sticky fruit notes. The Sabro really comes to the fore as it warms.
