I won’t lie… the abundance of vanilla in the nose can be off-putting and reminded me of a Yankee Candle but once you get past that, this beer is divine material. A buddy made crème brûlée for dessert and the beer was a formidable pairing.

Damn. Sweetness completely abounds, but this is a flavor-bomb of a stout... Roasty toffee, hazelnut, the works. Definitely more apropos for digestif / dessert... But *solid*.
