Na de eerste slok was ik wat kritisch maar naarmate het bier wat op 'adem' kwam proefde ik een uitstekend bier met tonen van o.a. vanille, gebrande suiker, melkchocolade, drop en wat umami. Het vat is niet overheersend. En zelfs een ietwat droge afdronk.
