Really interesting aroma. Smokey. Also in the taste. Strange. Not sure what to make of this beer. The more I drink it, the more I lie it

An English-style Barleywine aged in Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels for 12 months. Brewed with 12 different malts and 12 different hops. Still carbed. Super sweet aroma. Also very sweet taste. Perhaps too sweet in the end, even after 6 years.

Really impressed with how this held up after 3 months. Dry hop faded, but still solid. Proper glass helps

Classic Citra and Mosaic just slide their way through a smooth hop body. Enough bite at the end to let you know it's no slouch. Really good.

Slightly more sour since last pour, really nice tartness with the creamy body. Bits of vanilla and graham in the floaties.
