Barrel Aged Sincerely Sorry by Angry Chair Brewing

Coconut forward and deliciously so, hazelnut accents not unlike Adjunct Trail, but it finishes chewy dry. Little warming but not sure the barrel contributes much else.

Very caramelly, bourbon toffee, woody, almost splintery oak, warming exhale, little peppery.

Woody and astringent on the nose, but smoother, more viscous dark chocolate on the palate, warm exhale with nice tannin levels.

Initially it smells like a cream stick donut with hazelnut but then intense brandy comes in strong, almost like floral berries and amaretto. I'm not sure how coconut and Oreos create this but it's pretty tasty. Brandy-Oreo pairing ftw.

This is not the 3darts you’ve heard about. I like these guys too much to rate but this ain’t what it’s ancestors were. Probably just the hop blend.
