L’idée me paraissait intéressante, mais au final le goût de la menthe domine un peu trop et n’est pas tout à fait harmonieux avec les notes d’agrumes du houblon. Je resterai donc fidèle à la bonne vieille recette de NEIPA traditionnelle.
