Moins brutale que son nom, mais elle reste très travaillée et complexe. L’amertume est présente sans être un punch dévastateur. Construction élaborée, peut-être un peu difficile à mettre dans un repas.

Une IPA « légère » qui se presente avec un peu d’amertume puis une longue douceur agréable. La fin laisse de nouveau place à une délicate amertume qui reste un moment en bouche.
