Razzberry Lime Gose by Big Lake Brewing

Elliot Christiansen is drinking a Razzberry Lime Gose by Big Lake Brewing at Running The Streets Of Two Rivers

Crystal gold pour. Some mild fruity tones. Some OK salt factors and decent lime rind flavors. Lingering raspberry as well. But my overall summation? Meh. Kinda let down by this one.

Purchased at Elmer's County Market

Guava Gose Smack by Noon Whistle Brewing

Elliot Christiansen is drinking a Guava Gose Smack by Noon Whistle Brewing at Running The Streets Of Two Rivers

Bit of an explosive topper pour. Mild salty & sour aroma. Definitely the right Gose color. Really good tart right up front, with some lasting guava vibes that’s pretty juicy and not too bad as the ending note. Wished for just a bit more salt. AGS, SGA.

Scapegoat Bock by McFleshman's Brewing Company

Elliot Christiansen is drinking a Scapegoat Bock by McFleshman's Brewing Company at Running The Streets Of Two Rivers

Mild, earthy malted smell. A bit toasted, some bitterness that I think is due to the can. Smooth on the body. Not a bad bock.

Honey Ginger Lime by Cascade Brewing

Elliot Christiansen is drinking a Honey Ginger Lime by Cascade Brewing at Running The Streets Of Two Rivers

Fast, quickly disappearing head with a mild tart nose. Dark gold pour. Canned back in 09/2020. Really nice lime tart, followed by some big honey sweetness, and some mild, residual spice from the ginger. Not bad for a rando find in my cellar.

Slightly grainy aroma. Clear, good bodied pour. Sweet, light, and easy to drink. Mild grainy ending, but not the worst “micro macro” offering I’ve had.

Nice wheaty body. Clean, a little clove heavy, but a pretty good classic recipe from Milwaukee. Mild banana flavor throughout.

Nice light bodied, very mild gin barrel flavor but you get a little bit of the juniper/piney gin notes, nice light lemony tones too, not what I was expecting but still nice stuff

Big tart pucker on the nose, I don’t get a lot of strawberry but I guess I get a lot of the tart lemon, this beer has lots of tartness and it carries but flavor just kinda lacks

Brett's Daughter by Ahnapee Brewery

Elliot Christiansen is drinking a Brett's Daughter by Ahnapee Brewery at Running The Streets Of Two Rivers

Bottle Bottle

A big dose of wine barrel right on the top. A big wine like flavor all the way through, with a slight barrel oaky finish. Maybe just a small hint of “pucker/tart” from the Brettanomyces. This is really interesting. Not sure where to put this.

Purchased at Ahnapee Brewery, Green Bay
