Nice one! New England Pale Ale with bursting fruit aromes in smell and taste. It fills the air with the aroma of tropical fruits. Soft mouthfeel, gentle carbonation. Nice flavors of pineapple, peach and sweet lemon in taste. Overall a good composition!

This is what I like! The body and power of an IPA and the funk and craziness from wild yeasts. What a composition. Creamy, but sharp. Sweet, but sour. Even vanilla notes tastable in the end. Complexity made easy.

My second Alt in Düsseldorf. Way smoother & softer than expected. Mouthfeel reminds of freshly tapped beer or soft water. Malty body comes with caramelly sweetness, unusual sweet for Altbier. It's tart, but not as bitter as others. I like that! 😊

Soft feeling, low carbonated, sweet and smooth. Bready tartness appears in the end and is used carefully. Very gentle and balanced brew, perhaps a nice Alt-everyone's-pleaser.
