Oh dude. Corn shines as a cereal grain on its own in a way you don’t usually taste in a beer. It’s not popcorny, not in a grits/polenta/tortilla way that corn adjunct beers usually go, it just celebrates corn in a way rarely seen in beer form. Loved it!
