alfredo elortegui: Y si del fruto del Chañar se hace un syrope jarabe del fruto. Cuando esta bien seco el fruto por dentro parece Panela. Si bien me gusto en su momento no se si el jarabe que consegui estaba bien procesado. Consegui un saco del fruto para hacerlo yo mismo.
