Amazing hops saturation in a juice-bomb of a DIPA. At 8.8% ABV it’s potent, but the peach and orange flavor keep it subtly in the background. Powerfully tasty!

Delicious, delicately fruity cherry sour ale. Blended three barrels of of 1-2 year old ale. Secondary fermentation on 200 lbs of Montmorency cherries from CT. This was dry and nicely tart, with no bready overhang.

Definitely a step above many Helles German -style lagers I’ve tasted. It showed me a delicate lager base flavor with good malty, oakey layering. Noble hops, notes of vanilla/ caramel sweetness.

Maybe a touch over-hyped but still a very nice, hazy, tropical DIPA. I’ve noticed that some eastern breweries seem to add a harder malt base than I prefer in the NE style. This one has a nice grapefruit edge.

Great execution on this DIPA. They’ve given this a strong malt backbone that somewhat disguises the hops bitterness. Mildly sweet, but well balanced.

Steve Holoien is drinking a Winter Lager Aged in Mad River Rye Whiskey Barrels by Lawson's Finest Liquids at Quechee Club - Dining

German and Austrian malts used to produce this intense dark lager. It crosses nicely over into the stout genre! Aged in Whistlepig Rye Whiskey barrels for a little extra sweetness and ABV.
