Caramel and a grainy astringency without the desired breadyness. Lingering bitterness isn’t pleasant. I love this brewery, but they really missed the mark here. Nice lacing.

This is really heavy on the oak, but the fruit, cloves, vanilla and bourbon all meld together for an interesting flavour. Unique and I dig it.

Huge thanks to @Patrick Magnusson for this one! It’s like candy, sweet but not heavy, with a drying alcohol finish. Nicely aged, without much heat. Balance is sublime for 14%.
