I originally had this on 5/1 on a hike up to east rock Monument in E. Haven but never got around to checking it in, so here I am today enjoying another one! 😃. The light peach flavor is not over sweet, not boozy for 8.4, beautiful hazy IPA solid 4.1+

I could drink this for daze! So much ‘on point’ flavor for the ABV. The only thing that would make this better is a higher ABV 😜😜. I always love my first beer on a Friday Night & I’m glad to have chosen this one.

Now this is the way to make a milkshake IPA. Not too (Brix City) sweet, although very prevalent with the sweetwe fruits Such as guava, mango, papaya, etc. it actually finishes with a Pinot Gris, reminiscent of the Dialed up with Pinot gris from Trillium.
