Rich and tasty coffee stout, like a good roasted coffee with two sugars, inky goodness

Paul M. is drinking an Enough To Make A Mango Crazy! by Bang The Elephant Brewing Co at Platform 2 Micro Pub
Initial flavour is the regular gassy banana however the mango kicks in to take the edge of the banana. All sounds a bit like fruit wars which is something I did not expect. Wheat beers always make me think of skiing no idea when I will be doing that next.

Just couldn’t resist having this. Turns out to be a tasty Yorkshire bitter much like beer should / used to be.

Darrell S. is drinking a Making Pints For Nigel by Alphabet Brewing Company at Platform 2 Micro Pub
Not bad... But I think Nigel needs a helping hand here. Especially if he is gonna charge £5.40 / pt for this. Barely better than a decent lager tbh. Andy P. would have been every bit as disappointed I feel.

Love the name. Love the beer. If chucking mango into a hefe wasn't a thing already it defintely is now. Admittedly better on a summer afternoon than at Halloween (and where are all the pumpkin beers?) But I'm not complaining.

1st stop on a route I had planned with Andy P. & seemingly my last chance to do it this year as well, if rumours of another lockdown are to be believed. But one more step towards the new normal I guess. Not the most appealing looking beer but tastes good.
Darrell S.: Oh mate. I'm so sorry. As you know the reverse happened to me. This should have come sooner. And I never thought I'd say that.
Norman W.: Thanks Darrell. You're right. Harder now it's too late. Big Dave & I had been pals all our lives and drank together for about 60yrs
Norman W.: I certainly do miss his company, just like you and your mate Andy. See you for a pint one day. Probably in about 10 yrs way things are!
Darrell S.: Well if you ever want to get together over a pint and talk about it you know where I am.
Darrell S.: Rumour has it thisll be a month long lockdown to try & save Christmas. But I expect we will be back down in Jan. So let's do it when we can.
Norman W.: OK See you in Sheffield perhaps one day assuming we all get out of this mess. All the best. Norman
