Good yeast flavour with some coriander and pepper. A little fruity creaminess behind it. Very effervescent, but see the yeast mentioned earlier.

Down the street for dinner, Pappagone still feels like stepping from the streets of Finsbury Park into Italy. Sweet and floral, fruity spice, yeasty almost reminding me of a Tripel flavour profile
