Wow, really crazy how well the pepper flavors this beer! Nose has fresh pre-cut pepper & citrus, taste is spicy w/ pepper on the back end.

Aged 15 months. Silver wax. Infected. Brett on nose. Drank ok but no vanilla. Strange finish.

Metallic nose fades once it warms. This beer is drastically better once it warms.
