Very strong imperial stout with a small tan coloured head. Smooth mouthfeel, dominant roasty malt, and coffee flavours with mild bitterness. Notes of fruitiness, caramel and chocolate. Very drinkable… but take it slowly (12%)

Peanuts, chocolate and coffee, but the overwhelming flavours I got at the start was wafer biscuits… not what I expected. Not unpleasant, but really too sweet and doesn’t really align with the “stout” profile. American take on stout, doesn’t quite come off

Don’t laugh, but this was $1.69 at Pak’nSave. Can’t resist a bargain!! A smooth pale ale style which is somewhat overly sweet with minimal bitterness. A little bland but not totally unpleasant.
