Quite a dry / drying beer right from the get go. Stonefruit fruitiness that coats the mouth. Tastes stronger than the ABV would suggest.

Perhaps not the best choice to start a night on but this makes no attempt to hide its Triple Hazy status. No bitterness to speak of, a syrupy body and boozy flavours that probably over dominates the underlying fruit and citrus notes.

Nice moderate bodied hazy. Orange dominates the palate for me with some general fruitiness underneath. Errs towards the sweeter side.

Pretty much a benchmark quad Belgian. Banana and vanilla aroma. Massive banana flavour with lighter clove notes across the top. The 10.5% ABV really amps up the intensity and it makes nit attempt to hide it booze level. An experience to savour.

Nit normally a Baylands Brewery fan but this one is quite nice so I’m glad I have it a go. Has a lovely oiliness to the body with hoppy flavour throughout. A little bit of malt and a little bit of citrus balances the whole thing out.

Super easy drinking for an 8.2% ABV. Light hop aroma with a syrupy citrus body with a grassy edge. Not exactly what I was expecting but undeniably a good beer.

Mark Woods is drinking a Superdelic by Mac's Brewing at Ohakune
Disappointing probably covers it. This is actually more expensive than many better brands and somehow Mac’s have seemingly made the a Superdelic based beer than only has mild fruitiness and just tastes like beer.
