Too much roast that it killed the coconut and sweetness. Wanted more from this beer given it's from perennial, but you can't win them all.

Not my favorite Bearded Iris. Malty backbone with some bitterness. Dont pick up any citra notes from this beer.

Wine smell off the pour. Lemon and green apple sweetness with the sour ipa base. Prefer this over the pinot noir and my fav. purelake yet.
