Brewed in 2015, the 6 years of maturation have evolved loads of funk with stableyard, barnyard, and root cellar aromas. Still highly bitter, mostly of grassy and herbal hop flavours. Better than my previous tasting? Not sure, but definitely different.

Belgian esters hits the nose. Fruits, honey, and some grassy hops on palate. Medium and slightly sweet body and low-medium bitterness. Definite Belgian characters, but nothing exceptional.
