I'm not sure if I've made it obvious enough that I got an omnipollo delivery today, but I'm thoroughly ready for the TTO at accidental tomorrow. This beer is stunningly balanced flavour wise. Amazing barrel notes compliment this rich and sweet stout. Wow.

My most recent brew. Really like this combination of galaxy with golden promise. A very tasty and clean pale with good fruity flavours. Next time I'll decrease the bittering hops definitely but I'm very happy with this brew. Now on keg at Adams house!
