Maybe the best "accessible" (not extremely acidic/sour) Gueuze I have ever had. Perfect balancing, innate elegance, top-notch class. F**k lockdown.

I try it on bottle after a long time (I previously had it at "Fermentazioni 2017") and I have the opportunity to fix the rating: cerealy but rather dry on finish. Good Helles, at the time I didn't know how to appreciate it...

Perfect balancing! There is a lot of cherry in this bottle but it is not invasive or too sweet, on the other hand sourness is gentle but still present. A 75 cl bottle all for me.

Soft, delicate, but tasty and totally drinkable. The body lost weight but the complexity somehow increased. A bit sulfureous on the nose, at first it is sweet but it ends rather dry and tart. This Friday starts good!

Some vegetal hints but all in all it is rather good in itself.

An intense mandarin juice with some Brett added, not too sour but rather sweet and tart: wow! Awesome stuff.

A nice Gluten-Free, enough tasty and drinkable. Maybe more an Helles rather than a proper Pils, lacking the right amount of bitterness, but however okay.

Great Italian Pilsner, crispy and fragrant. Not that bitter, but very elegant.

Not the best Barleywine I ever had, but still nice. Not that intense or challenging but rather balanced. I drank a whole 50 cl bottle all by myself.

Nice balancing, and strawberry has no artificial feel. Collaboration brew with Siren.

Dry and bitter on the herbaceous/grassy side of the game: very good.

Blanche with cherries. Even if I'm not always fond of cherries in beer, this is very nice indeed.

Delicate and fruity, a lot of passionfruit in a sweet direction.

Super-sweet (really in a candy way!) and super-drinkable! 8.5% ABV are totally hidden.

Wow. Wonderful alternative to the stupid Italian Amaro. Officinal herbs including cinchona. I drank it both smooth and on the rocks.

Watery, some solvent and oxidation hints. Too much flaws. I had better memories of this.

I didn't remember it was so good. An atypical, dry, floral Belgium, with a slightly sourness and a bitterish finish.

Evergreen.
