The french toast flavors are there, but not very prominent. Reminds me of a lightly flavored porter, not a flavored oatmeal stout. Enjoyable, but not what I was expecting.

Interesting. The flavors remind me of a belgian, without the strong belgian finish (which is fine by me, the strong finish of belgian styles triggers my gag reflex, lol). Not extremely complex (which I do enjoy in many belgians) but enjoyable.

The ginger is definitely there, even having a slight hint of that ginger 'heat' you get with raw ginger. Hints of vanilla, some coffee. Very interesting combination. Enjoyable.
