Wim D: We are still working on our setlist. We're thinking about a mix of Americana and hits from Holland in English like the old Golden Earring and Sandy Coast.
alan ferguson: Wim D. Oh cool. I listen to quite a lot of Dutch music from the 70s but most people wouldn't touch it these days. It's all 20-minute long progressive rock epics. Focus, Trace, Flairck, alkwin etc
Wim D: Yes, I know them of course, but it's not my kind of music. I prefer the guitar bands, be it pop-rock or blues-rock.
alan ferguson: Wim D. Who were the good Dutch guitar bands apart from what you mentioned above. Golden Earring were a good band.
Wim D: There are several bands from The Hague at the end of the sixties, mostly interconnected. I like the early Earth & Fire, the Sandy Coast, the Motions, Cubie & the Blizzards, and Brainbox, to name an interesting band (with Jan Akkerman)
