Right on the verge of hop burn. Not quite as smooth as grade 10 but very good. More catty.

Classic Gummi worms. Kinda sweet. Full.

Very biscuity, sweetness that reminds me of caramunich. The hop character lingers quite a bit.

Great Kolsch. Crisp, a little grainy but rich malt depth, some yeast character. Notch is awesome.

Dank and light. Definitely got the Simcoe up front, piney and grapefruit pith. I guessed something a bit more catpissy hop wise but Columbus makes sense. They wanted dank and they got it.

Yeasty-doughy. Lightly sweet, fairly delicate little number. Good but would be better filtered out fuged in my opinion. I'll let a few rest another month maybe if floccs out.

That's awesome. Initially sweet. Super clean, a bit of grassy hops, light and lemony. I like the unfiltered unrefined side of this. It's like a lager festival today.

My god, it's incredible. Most Tmave or cerne span from 3 to 9 in the range of malt depth, this starts at a 5 and it's doesn't quit. It's like bohemian dark malt and some caramunich, carafa 3 or another deep roast. Smooth and deep. Toffee, coffee, herbs...

Drinks very to style. Straw like graininess and nuanced. There's a distinct Saazer quality that is lemon zesty and peppery, crisp finishing. Light drinking like a proper 10°

Rich biscuity malt. Deep and bready. Moderately firm bitterness in the finish. Excellent, I'm really loving everywhere.

Bready, rich caramel character. Coffee pole but could use a touch more roast for my palate. I'm surprised there's not more hop expression with the whirlpool addition. Pretty nice on the LUKR.

As billed. I'd take a regular EA over this because it ends up pretty saccharine, but it's still very good and certainly refreshing.

Damn that's really good. Underrated. Balanced grapefruity and piney hop flavor. Aroma is pencil shavings, oh well. Trying beside my mosaic Simcoe IPA, this has more vibrant and resinous hop quality. Kind of old school minus the super pale / pils malt.

Boy the aroma is interesting. A little green pepper but mostly cinnamon and woody, molasses. Lots of coffee, molasses, candied ginger. A little syrupy sweet. Decent breakfast beer.

Earned the Sky's the Limit (Level 76) badge!

High octane, sweet but also pretty light bodied. Not sure why they bothered with lactose. Some coffee cinnamon and maple sugar. It works but I'm gonna go get another coffee stout instead.

Earned the Heavy Weight (Level 86) badge!

Such a nice pils. Deeply floral, soft and noble hoppy. I don't know why but the name always reminds me of hesitation blues. The two words just have nothing to do with each other.

Hmm, my initial reaction is tobacco and bitter licorice. It's pretty bitter, dry. I think it'd be great with about 15 fewer IBU.

Pretty tasty. Citrusy and grassy. A bit dank. It's creamy and light. solid.

FLN. Great barrel expression without being boozy. Some caramel, vanilla notes, char and bourbon. Nice fireside sipper.

Pretty good. More like a double ripe than gitm. Has some aromatic rhubarb notes. Creamy, oaty, and, well, ripe!
