Two Season White Peach by Barrique Brewing and Blending

Joe Odden is drinking a Two Season White Peach by Barrique Brewing and Blending at Mount Hood Farmstead

Low carb and a bit vinegaty hmm. High acidity, dark color and low carb makes me think this leaked.

Light, crisp, roasty, mellow. The finish in particular is dry roasty and cola nutty. Overall a nice sipper off the LUKR

Drinking at its peak. Very clean for a Brujos hazy. Very citra saturated, soft, luscious and creamy.

Very brite. Zesty, resiny, melon fruits. Has a lot of ripe sticky dry hop. Finishes crisp.

Helles Lager by Gold Dot Beer

Little hint of sulfur. Reminds me of so many light lagers of my early 20s. Cereal, honey, sweet marjoram. Extremely clean.

Man that's delightful. Sweet, grassy and floral, like fresh farmers market herbs. A bit of straw. It's like fresh noble t90 pellets on honeyed bread. Medium body and soft on the palate.

9 5/16 °P by Moonlight Brewing Company

Joe Odden is drinking a 9 5/16 °P by Moonlight Brewing Company at Mount Hood Farmstead

Love the name. Color, OG. It's the Czech way. Breadcrust, maillards, little coffee, almost a hint of smoke. That's probably just the spicy hop aroma mixing with the roast. Soft and dry finishing.

So pectic! Not a bad thing, but it definitely forces you to endure each swig. The fruit is really nice. Fragrant, funky, perfumy and rich. Fruit acidity is real.

Golden-Crowned (2023) by Floodland Brewing

Joe Odden is drinking a Golden-Crowned (2023) by Floodland Brewing at Mount Hood Farmstead

That's really good. Has that classic wheaty-hoppy Floodland texture, well balanced between hops, oak, Brett, wheat (flavor) and fruit. The cherries are vivid: pinot noir, rose, and strawberry, and gorgeous color. It's tart, dry and velvety. Succulent.

Double Grid by Hop Butcher For The World

Joe Odden is drinking a Double Grid by Hop Butcher For The World at Mount Hood Farmstead

Boy that's one of the brighter beers of today. Very nice! Mandarin orange, papaya, mango. Has a kind of dank tropical thing going on too. Proper silky mouthfeel. Hop Butcher is awesome.

Mass Riot by Prison City Brewing

Joe Odden is drinking a Mass Riot by Prison City Brewing at Mount Hood Farmstead

The carbonation is to be commended. They added proper bubbles. There's the juicy citra mosaic but also the sticky-resin pine of Simcoe. Awesome beer that reinforces my belief that anything you want to state with an IPA can be done within 7%

Love Bug by OddPitch Brewing

Joe Odden is drinking a Love Bug by OddPitch Brewing at Mount Hood Farmstead

This is interesting. You immediately get a botanical almost lavender note from the Jun berries. The flavor is pronounced and probably could have been dialed down a bit for balance, but I appreciate what they are trying to do.

I Think We're Gonna Be Alright by Burial Beer Co.

Joe Odden is drinking an I Think We're Gonna Be Alright by Burial Beer Co. at Mount Hood Farmstead

Man Burial really kills it. This isn't your pilsner and unmalted wheat, this is a proper grist bill that brings depth and candied sweetness. Firmly bitter and saturated with citrusy and peachy hops. Modest hop burn but very enjoyable.

Apparently I keep buying this without looking at my check ins. Shame on me. It's good, zesty and firmly bitter. But nothing to win a gold over. Like a quality grocery store hazy.

Rad beer. Love the hop lots they used in this. Citra mosaic is such trodded territory when you get some really ripe and potent tropical notes it's a real treat. Has the right combination of juicy and dank. I skunked it in the sun for this but still drank!

Lord Maris, The Otter by Elder Pine Brewing & Blending

Joe Odden is drinking a Lord Maris, The Otter by Elder Pine Brewing & Blending at Mount Hood Farmstead

Amazing. Maris otter is such an awesome barley. Just goes to show you what a quality malt and patient technique can do. It does a great job reflecting the barrel character too. Figgy, Vanille creme brulee, but supremely sippable and dry finishing. Damn.
