Hop Ascension is our West Coast rIcePA™. Premium 2-row and a touch of rice combine to provide a light malt base for the hops to ascend. Full hop expression is achieved by introducing Ekuanot, Idaho 7, and El Dorado into the boil, whirlpool, fermentation, and subsequent double dry-hopping. Pineapple, lychee and resinous papaya rise above in this easy drinking Westy with balanced bitterness. Read Less

Cloud Funded is our Summer Seasonal Hazy IPA. This beer has tons of Malted Oats, Flaked Oats and White Wheat to give it a soft fluffy mouthfeel and hazy appearance as the name suggest. Citra (Citrus/Resin), Ekuanot(Lime/Mojito) and Idaho 7 (Tangerine/Resin) hops were added at 5 pounds barrel to give the beer it's robust tropical flavor and aroma. Read Less

A Fruit Driven Beer: Whiptail Watermelon Wheat is our once a year fruited wheat beer featuring locally grown central valley watermelons. We use 5 PALLETS of watermelons harvested at their peak ripeness; all hand processed and pureed by our brewers to give this wheat a refreshing quality. We add the watermelon to the fermentor towards the end of fermentation to ensure all the brightness of the fruit remains in the beer. To complement the fruit, half of the malt bill is American White Wheat for the cloudy appearance and light bready flavors. Barbe Rouge (Citrus/Red Berry) hops provide synergy with the fruit addition . Read Less
