Strawberry is so subtle you could miss it. Sweetness from the lactose plays well with the bitterness. Maybe something to try to copy one day

Rev2 of citrazza is ready. Similar but different. I need to try them side by side this weekend. Rev 1 was 50/50 malted wheat&barley. Rev2 is classic neipa base 80/10/10 malt barley, flaked oats and flaked wheat Same hops in both.

Normally I can pick out galaxy hops easily. I’m assuming they didn’t dry hop or whirlpool the galaxy as it doesn’t have the same flavour.
