Sweet cocoa-nutty nose. Replicated on the tongue, where it is more personal and intense. A huge sweetness. Wishing it were less sweet, more bitter. A bit boozy as well. The nuttiness keepsbitvaloft for me.

Sweet and spiced. But the spice is somehow a little better than usual. A bit like a dark pumpkin pie, a bit overbaked, turned brown, crispy, and caramelly.

Karen says, I need an umbrella. I say, Gorgeous juicy nose, with a huge booziness. A little reduced on the tongue, but powerful, and with a little rwasoberriness.

Very thick and fruity (especially raspberry), and quite tasty because of it. A tinge of sourness along with a twinge of hops. But this is really just a fruit beer celebrating raspberry.

Semi-dark liquor. Great for a TDH beer, using three separate hops, one for each dry hopping. Beautifully hazy and hoppy.
