Awesome “garage beer,” but of course I think this sweet little maibock would be tasty anywhere. Flowery and sweet, but packs a little reminder of hops too. Love maibocks… wish more U.S. brewers would attempt more of this style.

Syrupy and sweeter than I prefer a stout, but I’ve also got to admit that it’s constructed really well. Not sure I’m getting the hazelnuts - it’s all so sweet that they’re buried - but the milk stout profile and the 11.2 balance out nicely.
