Very refreshing. Super fun to be driving from this brewery again after having it in Japan several years ago. Crisp malts. Slight sweetness. Balanced hops. Highly crushable. Love the ramen dinner surprise!

After ramen delight. A mild, slightly sweet amber ale. I can't tell there's sweet potato in it. It doesn't taste particularly yammy. Nice brew to chase the fabulously delish raamen 🙏🏻 Arigato gozaimas.

Malty, bitter, spicy, crisp, with something almost medicinal underneath - must be subtle hop resin. It's decent. Doesn't feel like an IPL style. Exy imported beer, in this fancy ramen joint. Came for the vegan tantanmen ramen! My last night in Bangkok...
