Rich and warming this imperial stout has a nice chocolate and vanilla blend. Didn’t get any chili flavor or heat but a warming sweet syrupy stout. Very tasty.

A great way to follow the farmhouse saison with a pepper flavor, a Belgian with a heavy pepper flavor. A nice banana Belgian flavor upfront that is quickly overtaken by the pepper. A bit more boozy as expected by a 9% ABV, it fits right in on the flight

This boozy triangle has a lot going on. Rich roasted chocolate coffee flavor with a bourbon warming effect that gives a rich creamy mouthfeel upfront. It finishes with a strong bitterness but the bite doesn’t get rid of all the boozy sweetness. Nice!
