Very interesting! Smells sweet, like mead. Tastes like flowers and herbs (a pizza-like flavor on the first sip!). Then becomes more sweet and grainy the more it opens up. Super unique.

Stephanie Richmann: Aaron G. It's super interesting. Bartender told me lots of people said it tastes like pizza, and I got that vibe, but yet it still worked haha. (Something about using dates.) I definitely recommend it if you come across it!
