Third. "Accessible" and "modest alcohol" days the notes. But it's rather tart and not exactly Table Beer strength. It's rather tart though and pairs well with a Single Gloucester.

Getting crispness as well as sweetness from the apples here – and then ate some Pevensey Blue, which remains a wonderful cheese; then the cider went splendidly caramelly with pie spice notes which made it borderline 4.

Claire B: As Jim noted, the final cider after this one was very small batch, and the cidery (Redvers) not listed on Untappd. It was their Batch 20: traditional (like scrumpy) on the nose but much more complex: tart, with tannins, and a bit barnyardy. Impressive.
