Some floral, herbal notes and some spicy, earthy undertones with an assertive, lemony tartness, a touch of oak and funk. Complex. Perfect.

The nose is cream soda and the taste is tart raspberry, vanilla and almond. Clean, puckering sour balanced well with lactose. Wow. So tasty.
