Pours a lightly hazy yellow with no head. Yogurt like tartness, light balsamic vinegar, walnut shell like woody notes on the nose. Assertive plain yogurt like tartness, lightly acetic, with woody like walnut shell flavors in the background. Almost still.

Pours a clear deep russet with off white head of OK retention. Caramel and toffee bouquet with lightly roasted coffee and floral notes. Clean floral bitterness balanced with caramel, toffee malts. And lightly roasted coffee complements the bitterness.
