Pouah quel talent ! C’est vraiment réussi et pourtant j’ai pas l’impression de voir beaucoup de BW chez Hoppy Road. Je connaissais pas le Triple Sec mais ça donne un vrai côté écorce d’orange. C’est fort (peut-être un poil trop), très sucré et sirupeux.

Bière intéressante. C’est bien rond pour une bière à 5.4 degrés ! On a de l’amertume assez présente, le côté bois. Bière qui sublime un cheesecake chocolat blanc et spéculos bien sucré en cassant le sucre.

Intéressant. Très douce et équilibrée autant dans le goût que la texture. On a un côté soyeux de la confiture. Par contre plus j’en bois moins j’apprécie :< en petite quantité. Impossible de finir cette bière, d’où le gros malus cependant.

Un peu de mal à comprendre ce que je bois, les levures saison et le vin me donnent des impression de génépi ou autre alcool de plante. Le fût est un peu trop discret, mais ça se boit bien, assez légère et équilibrée en fait.

Je suis pas expert en fruit du dragon mais le mix me fait penser à de la rhubarbe ou de la groseille. C’est bon mais vraiment acide ! Je comprends pas trop la moyenne c’est vraiment bien fait.
