Complex but with really good balance. Dark fruit, including red grape, sangria, and red apple, features well. Tasty oak gives definitive woodsy backdrop. Feels very Flanders-like and a lot of fun to enjoy this one. Finally enjoying this Frank F. - ty! 4.5

DMC Brew is drinking a Wheat Blanc 375ml by Hill Farmstead Brewery at Leonardo Beach

Even better than it was when I first had last year. Bit more funk development along with continuing excellent flavors of good peach, light lemon, and orange peel. Pretty much one of the best mouthfeels I've ever had from Hill. Incredibly good. 4.65

The integration of Moteuka in this one is so, so good. Lemon, slight lime, cantaloupe all balance nice w the honey and the great brew base. Zesty, refreshing, slightly tart, and a great tropical mouthfeel. An improvement on an all fantastic brew. 4 6

Damn- spectacular. Loving the honey and the floral qualities adding significant body. Peach, lemon, and light apricot fruit flavors come through. Zesty and pithy mouthfeel with excellent lingering. This is simply kick ass and perfect for today. 4.6

Feels like elevated table beer at the low ABV. Bit of funk development- 9/2016 bottle, but still awesome to see this in a lighter style. Lemon, light oakiness, slight peach, and pear. Wow, this was super nice and tasty. 4.35
