Fruity and apples? It's a very nice, light, easy drinking, refreshing ale.

Hippocan by Better World Brewing

Ian is drinking a Hippocan by Better World Brewing at Lamlash

Might not be the right beer as it doesn't appear to have a name. There is a hippo on the label though and scanning the barcode picked it. Mine is 6%, not the 4.5% that this beer is. Anyhoo, it's hazy and lightly bittered.

Pale Ale Ella by The Kernel Brewery

Ian is drinking a Pale Ale Ella by The Kernel Brewery at Lamlash

Hoppy and....something. Fruits of some sort. But not fruity. Floral maybe, but maybe not. And then there's a smoky/burnt thing going on, that leaves a very long aftertaste. Won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I love it.

Very mild wheat beer. Just a slightly wheaty English bitter. Not bad though.
