Pretty close to the original belgian style beer with a prominent cherry and berry profile and some noticeable caramelly notes. Not much barrel presence. Quite sour & tart, sweet and juicy, making this offering a fun beer to drink.

I just love it when B&S throw in some herbs in their spontaneous batches. This iteration's a bit less tart than its predecessor & stars a lovely basil presence countering the intense acidic profile. It also features some yeasty, apple & stone fruit notes.
