Tastes almost like a stout not a Belgian dark. Cacao prominent, sweetness from the Belgian yeast comes later. Nice smooth bourbon beer, but nothing crazy special going on.

Couldn't get them all in one day lol, final one of the trip. Bourbon quad backbone is smooth in this, then the smoke of the old ale finishes it out. Nice balance
